    Whew! That was intense. I watched the video first and thought ” piece of cake!” When I actually did it, I did not want to finish the last 2 rounds. I did though because I LOVE a challenge!:) Now I am covered in sweat and energized to attack the rest of my day. I am on day 3 of cj7day.
