  1. I forgot to post yesterday. Oh my, that was AWESOME – I am feeling muscles that I forgot I had. Looking forward to day 2. And yes the 8 hours us a challenge, only because I wake up and can’t go back to sleep – working on it though.

  2. Whew! That was intense. I watched the video first and thought ” piece of cake!” When I actually did it, I did not want to finish the last 2 rounds. I did though because I LOVE a challenge!:) Now I am covered in sweat and energized to attack the rest of my day. I am on day 3 of cj7day.
