It’s pronounced “frooktose”.
Go troll somewhere else.
The way Dr. Fung said it is the original and more common pronounciation, but both are valid.
Not a necessary comment 😔
Both pronunciations are valid.

Thought Honey Crisp Apple would be ok?
Just as much sugar than any other Apple 😂
I can eat berries, so that’s good. I’m one of those people with oral allergy syndrome, which means there are lots of (raw) fruits that I cannot eat.
Can insulin resistance by itself ( without díabetes) cause neuropathy or neuropatic pain ?
Thanks Dr. FUNG
I love watermelon and only eat it when its local and in season. Im not giving up my few fresh melons each yr.
Funnily enough I just realized I’ve never tasted 🥝 gonna have to give it a go!😊
All great choices! I eat and love them all. However, I don’t overdo it with any of them. And when you only eat twice a day they have even less of an impact. Especially if they’re paired with quality protein and fat. 👍🏻🤩 And great advice, as always. 🙏🏻
Zucchini and quinou are also fruits.
high fructose fruit is a great idea though if you are using it to keep you from eating processed foods. especially if addicted and weening from those bad foods. and definitely treating it like dessert. after a meal, hours before bedtime.
if you are using it as your actual meai or you actually want to lose weight then definitely not something you should touch. gad damn i love a good dried mango though. i just treat it like a snickers bar!
Fatty liver
Fruit doesn’t cause fatty liver
❤❤❤
Any fruit in moderation?
❤❤❤🙏🙏🙏 thank you Doc.
No mangos? Guess I’m just going to be fat then.
