  4. Great video Chalene! Thx! 👌👏💛Just to warn some ladies though …Be careful not to overstretch any of the limbs that may have a joint labral tear. Labral tear breakdown (in all four joints – shoulders and hips) are a natural thing that may occur as you age, and if you OVERstretch your leg backwards to stretch hip flexors, with slightest labral tear, you’re risking to make it worse or cause inflammation in that spot and even pain in the hip or shoulder. Not fun.
