  2. Hello Dennis and thanks for the video. Can I make a general suggestion? Whenever you need to mix some ingredients, use a mixing bowl. The round sloping sides will make it easier to fully blend the ingredients. That is what it is designed for. Next, in 99.999% of the time it is best to use a fork to mix (or stir) ingredients together rather than a spoon. Try it. You will see that a fork breaks up raw eggs quicker and more effectively, and generally mixes the other ingredients more effectively. When you are finished mixing, pour the mixed ingredients into the container you wish to bake in, and use a silicone spatula (a mixing spatula) to scrape the remaining ingredients from the inside of the bowl into the container. The soft texture (soft like rubber) of the silicone spatula will “clean” the inside of the bowl almost completely when scraping, leaving very little to waste. I recommend silicone versus rubber or other materials as it is more versatile (can be used in high heat situations to scrape hot foods from pans). These items are very inexpensive and will only take you an extra 10 seconds to wash and clean up. Hope this helps.
