    This woman hit me, totalled my car and tore my meniscus. I can do a lot, Praise God, but am limited… which pisses me off at times b/c I had No one problems prior., I am much better off b/c I have always worked on flexibility & strength. Keep doing what you’re doing. 56yrs young too😁

    Im starting right now!! Rehabed my 2 knees over last two years and can finally do lunges and squats again. Been wearing 16lb weighted vest thanks to my new bff (Chalene!)and upped my weights at the gym. Went from 7500 avg steps to avg 12,000 this week!!! Thanks to my new bff Chalene!!!

    I have bionic knee replacements, I can do most of these exercises much to the chagrin of my orthopedic surgeon! But I was doing it before each surgery. Wasn’t easy but I was tired of pain. ❤
