I’m never going back to eating the way that made me sick. It’s unthinkable. That would be like a dog returning to his vomit.

Dennis, 8 months ago I went low carb ketovore and have lost 22 lbs. I now am happier with weight/glucose numbers, but now as I continue with this, I continue to lose weight and my glucose numbers are going back up. I really don’t want to lose much more weight. Any advice on stabilizing these two?
