You are amazing Dr.Fung! Thank you for your information!

My farmer father, was almost put in jail by our country’s government for not using a synthetic fertilizer they give the farmers to use in their farm to boost production. He used old way of fertilizing his farm.

  • @berg1_ says:

Thanks Jason! I’m sure I speak for a lot of people when I say we’ve missed you 😊

  • @John-isAround says:

I started taking magnesium glycinate recently. I had a heart attack then 2 stents put in after a 11A1C last July. Then nearly died again from overdosing of prescription drugs including Insulin. Took myself off insulin, other drugs, starting walking and intermittent fasting and went to A1C of 6.1 by October.

  • @setghanbingfest4988 says:

Thank you for the information you provide. You’re one heck of a doctor, and I must tell my own doctor about you! πŸ‘

  • @livingfreely says:

I fasted 14 days this year thanks to your help. Took magnesium each day! I now weigh 87kg and have build muscle thanks to calisthenics! I think I will do another fast so maybe I will be able to do a pull up!

  • @johnrimac3106 says:

I use a magnesium chloride oil brine applied to the skin. It’s therapeutic grade and comes from piping rock. When doing a hair mineral analysis, applying it to the skin, yields better results than taking magnesium orally.

    • @Valoric says:

And that’s without applying the brine to where you took your HTMA sample? I only ask because I feel intense sense of calm in the morning after using magnesium oil on my legs at night. Better than the 2g of Mg Glycinate I took.

  • @bonanzatime says:

It’s very easy to understand this Doctor. He explains it so anybody can understand.

  • @suesehgal744 says:

We need more such great and informative videos from you Dr. FUNG!

  • @karenohanlon4183 says:

Glad the Fungster is back giving great advice.
I used to eat a lot of processed yuk so was very deficient.
I am planning on a 5 day water fast before Xmas so will treat myself to Epsom salt bath. And buy some Mag Glycinate.😊

  • @toadhall5041 says:

I was getting 3 per month migraines for decades. I started Mg 400 mg in 2009. No more migranes. I was shocked and then angry. All that suffering and doctors not even trying Mg.

    • @uffa00001 says:

Same thing here, and not just migraines, but heart palpitations too. Modern medicine still has to take notice about how depleted of salts and other elements is modern food and modern tap water. These problems will make their way into medicine textbooks in the next years and will be solved by the next generation of doctors. In the meanwhile, we have to keep updating ourselves and try ourselves to understand what can be the origin of our problem. Don’t be angry with your doctors because, if he had had the same problem, he wouldn’t have found the solution himself.

  • @neilyakuza6595 says:

He has two excellent books that you really need to read! The Diabetes Code and The Obesity Code. (He has other excellent books, as well, but definitely start with these) Even if you aren’t obese, the information there is part and parcel with T2D in my opinion. His books on fasting are the very best – he’s the authority on these subjects as far as I’m concerned.

    • @luunaa11 says:

I live in Perth, too 😊

  • @studentaccount4354 says:

Amazing as always. I puchased your book on IF. I have found it beneficial and take mg supplement too. This was awesome. I am WFPB, SOS and still use a lot of mg. I was just thinking today how wonderful magnesium is for stress, a cofactor in metabolic processes. TYVM..❀❀❀
