  4. Dennis, 8 months ago I went low carb ketovore and have lost 22 lbs. I now am happier with weight/glucose numbers, but now as I continue with this, I continue to lose weight and my glucose numbers are going back up. I really don’t want to lose much more weight. Any advice on stabilizing these two?

  7. After being on keto for over a year I agree it definitely does something to your system where you can’t process carbs are pretty much anything without spiking it seems to be a problem

  8. i dont have Diabetes but i sure do love you channel and practical advice! The one today was a reality check for me As i get older i cant eat like i used to… Adapt. also the I saw another one where a 50 yr old was diagnosed with diabetes and lived to be 100… advice again i gleaned was to eat low carb and as little as needed, good advice to ponder… Thanks He who youtubes with wise goes wise lol
