  3. But as I’m building my fast muscle and reading The Obesity Code, I’m trying for low carb and soluble fiber when I do eat. Hunger pains aren’t painful when you eat low carb!

  4. Less money spent on dishwasher detergent too. And sponges and drying towels. Dish drain racks last longer. Lower floor washing costs also, because less food falls on the floor.
