Besides the health benefits of fasting, I have been able to reduce my bulk grocery shopping to once every other month. I’ve saved so much money. I’m thankful for both benefits.😊
It is pretty stress free!
But as I’m building my fast muscle and reading The Obesity Code, I’m trying for low carb and soluble fiber when I do eat. Hunger pains aren’t painful when you eat low carb!

Less money spent on dishwasher detergent too. And sponges and drying towels. Dish drain racks last longer. Lower floor washing costs also, because less food falls on the floor.
