    1. Did you know that the Dexa Scan compares our bone density to 33 year old women… So, don’t be alarmed, of course we’ve lost bone density 25- 30+ years later! smh
      Any weight bearing exercise helps

  2. I’ve followed all Powder Blue workouts since I was 25… a 43, I’m completely agreeing with these types of workouts… brisk walking with a weighted vest has felt great on my bones and lifts my back half up – which has always been pretty, but just looks grander.

  3. I appreciate these videos and the women in the comments sharing their experiences. I haven’t had symptoms of menopause, yet (I’m 33) I want to be prepared for the next phase in transition of womanhood. ❤
