Love it when you read testimonials, Dennis! 💞 “I can not argue with Mike” is my quote of the day!

  2. I am certain that in the context of reversing diabetes, we know more than doctors. They become very angry when evidence contradicts their “knowledge.” Two of them even fired me. A1c dropped from 10.2 to 4.7. I’ve had a whole year of A1C reports of 5.2 and below. In this case, we DO know more than doctors. This metabolic ministry is so critical to sharing the gospel. People, enslaved by their own food addictions, can’t look to the heavens because they are stuck in the muck.

  3. I’ve been watching you for a very long time. 4 years ago I got my Mike. I take my blood readings in the morning and I know when I should and shouldn’t eat something. I have 4 years of readings and calculations of readings and A1c on a spreadsheet. I tell myself “don’t feed the fire” (in the blood) by eating carbs and sugars. Thank you!

  4. Dennis, you rarely mention how important walking or weight training can be. Both play a significant role in managing blood glucose levels, alongside reducing carbohydrate intake.
