It actually took me two hours to workout today but I did it and thankgod.
How do you target the lower abs area or activate thst area? Only time I feel that area is on my period other times I’m totally numb. Oh I also had a c section.lol

I used to workout 3 times a week and it gave me so much energy. Now something happened to my body, dunno what. I feel lethargic after an exercise 😢

This is my literal every day reality knowing I need to exercise to get energy, yet unable to exercise without energy. On the off chance I do have energy I feel like that has to be spent on household chores first that require energy, as I rarely have enough energy for both exercise and chores.
