  1. Best to look into carbs and how they destroy our hormones.
Went carnivore and my hormones finally healed. Us women NEED good amounts of protein and animal/saturated fat for healthy hormone function.
In 1 month of a higher fat carnivore diet my libido improved and then skyrocketed a week or 2 after that! I don’t think even as a teenager it was ever that wild. 😂

  2. You look amazing. Just lost 50 lbs at 64 and now the gym is my favorite place. Your suggestions have been important to my transition keep up the great work work

  3. Love this. I’m on my journey to loose that hormonal belly. Started HRT 2 months ago and starting to lift weights now. Thanks for the great info!

  4. Chalene deserves happiness and everything that is good….She doesn’t need to lose weight…Chalene is perfection inside and out!!!!

  5. I worked to some of your videos back in the day. You look a ton better/stronger now. Took me a long time to learn to back off the intensity

  6. Which hormones are you taking? I’m going to have a hysterectomy next month and just recently started taking topical estradiol a oral progesterone. I’ ve gained a lot of weigh because of water retention caused by progesterone. My doctor says no prohesterone is needed after my uterus is removed. And unfortunately no doctor here in the Czech Republic prescribes testosterone to a woman. 😢 I wonder if estradiol alone is enough for me. I’m 50. 🤷🏻‍♀️

  7. Hi Charlene, thank you for the advice although I wonder if those abs are partly due to the surgery that you had on your abdominal section or was that just a C-section revision because I know their surgeries that you can have where they tighten up the abdominal muscles and give you more definition. I’ve been following you for a long timeand even at your thinnest I don’t remember you having that abdominal definition. I’m just being honest, so I’m wondering if it’s also a part due to the surgery that you had can you please be transparent thank you as I know you always are thank you love your videos.
