  1. Can’t wait! Nothing is known about the physiology of hunger or satiety. GLP1s were accidental & explained afterwards –reverse engineered. Ideally, things are changing, BUT as Dr. Fung points out, most pros are satisfied with the same old, same old that never works.
Let’s move forward w Dr. Jason who has cared for his patients enough to delve into the phenomenon of the body itself having agency in the process of weight gain & maintenance. TY for that Dr. Fung & for being able to speak like a regular person to us, for empathizing, & trying to move the field of knowledge further.🥂❣️

  2. Hi Dr Fung. In mid August I did 7 consecutive weeks of 48 hour fast and had great success I went from an A1c of 7.7 to a 6.4 without meds. I also lost 20 lbs. As I was trying to switch to a more 18/6 I learned that that doesn’t work for me. I end up over eating or go pass my eating window. I learned the longer fast once or twice a week 36hr or OMAD. The problem I’m finding is that my feet and nose get extremely cold that leads to a miserable night with no sleep. I do supplement with magnesium at night and add salt in my water in the morning. This week I started carnivore 4th day today and it seems that I get full with no other cravings or brain noise. So far eggs, steak butter and bacon twice a day and I’ve been able to stop eating by 6:00 with no cravings. I break my fast around 11:00. What do you recommend I do?

  3. Reading your Obesity Code now. Will pre-order for sure. Love your work. Gave up processed foods, sugar, gluten, flour, etc and do intermittent fasting. Lost 32 lbs. 72 years old and weigh 121 lbs. Feel great!
