  1. Simple. Got fat? Don’t eat. Then back to unprocessed foods. This is so easy for me! It is what my mommy taught me. ❤. I am so grateful, Dr. Fung. I had bought into the idea it is hard to loose weight after menopause. It ain’t! 😊

    1. I always thought that. I am still overweight and have a lot of fat to lose. But, if I “don’t eat” nothing happens. No weight loss, no inches lost. Just can’t seem to find my balance.

  2. My #1 tip is to not over indulge except on the specific Holiday. Any other get together just do one or two bites or find a way to balance if you ate too much make sure to get up and go for a walk and go light the next day so it helps balance stuff out

  3. Doesn’t this basically disprove his claim that calories don’t matter and counting calories doesn’t? You eat a lot more calories during the holidays leading to weight gain. Duh!!!

    1. People eat more FREQUENTLY and SNACK more during holidays. Which isn’t about calories per se, it’s about insulin being constantly released. He’s not contradicting himself here. Usually during holiday parties and gatherings, the food is everywhere and is constant.

For some reason, after I strictly fast for a day or 2 or 3 days, somehow I’m unable to stop myself eating junk foods like my kids cakes, cookies stuff like that… kids are my testing when I decide to fast… they get their favourite foods from store and occasional donut or restaurant treats … I’m getting toss in here… how do I deal to control my mind on eating…??
