  1. LOL! You obviously don’t buy bread, Dennis. Whole grain breads that cost $4 a few years ago are now close to $8. Even the plain white breads have been $4 the last couple of years. I haven’t seen a $1 loaf of bread in 20 years.

    1. I just learned and started buying egg wraps at Aldi’s. I never even knew they had such a thing before Aldi came to town. I love them with chicken or tuna. My biggest complaint is that eating healthy compared to the junk way I did for years is much more expensive but worth it. God bless all 🙏

  3. Dennis your comments about ADA guidelines really resonate with me. I recently gave serious thought about my own doctor’s carb intake recommendations after blindly following them for years, and I realized that 40g carbs per meal was way too much for me. Then this video came along, and it only cemented this realization for me. Thank you, Friend. Keep spreading the word. You’re really helping people.

  4. Dec 2023 A1C 12.7, now in May 2024 A1C 5.5. Removing the carbs has saved my life. Continue to spread the good word, God bless.

  5. I know I keep saying this, but your liver makes all the glucose you need. Any carbs you eat are extra. Our carb craving is a survival mechanism to make us put on fat from a time long ago when food was very scarce. Now its a real problem for us and we each imdividually have to overcome it.
