My Favourite Rices RED RICE, BLACK RICE AND WILD RICE. Where do THEY sit in your grades of PECTIN.
I’ve been told JASMINE rice is Garbage Rice because it has a HIGH GI.❤😊❤😊❤
But it’s delicious 😢😂
I love Jason Fung! He is the Godfather! He is dope! 😅
I absolutely Agree! Love me some Dr. Jason Fung!!!😊
Until I met him, everything in the health world was confusing 😕 😐
He has a way of breaking down the facts in ways that makes sense.
I will for ever be great full to him…the only way to repay him is to recommend him to as many people as I can…
Testify to his lectures how they have changed lives.
Isn’t a converted rice a rice that has undergone more processing?
The higher Amylose food you choose the less weight gain ❤
Is the hunger code going to be available on Audible in March
Quinoa and beans all day ❤
Or just don’t eat starches at all.
You cannot abstain from them for ever…so societies depends on them, it’s the main food, understanding them is the best tool…
If nature makes it we can have it and enjoy it, what we need to understand is how to have it without affecting our health.
That’s the problem of reductionism.
You can have starches and that’s ok . Food, as Dr Fung mentions in one chapter of the obesity code, is more than just a nutritional aid, it’s also a social component. Being restrictive can be worse .
In THIS economy?
Converted rice as in Uncle Ben’s?
So brown rice, black rice is high amylose
I love beans been craving chilli alot
No carbs for me, thank you!
Wrong message .
Doctor Fung has never supported this claim. Carbs are inportant components of a healthy diet .
Mr Fung. When will the hunger code be released?
Great book
❤❤❤
No carbs are better than any carbs
Rice is fattening….
Yet Japanese people are usually thin.
