  1. I was told that it is better to exercise right before breaking the fast. Growth hormones are elevated, therefore, more muscles will develop . Is it true? Thanks

  2. Agreed! I’ve done 3 to 7 day fasts where I’ve both swam 2 miles and walked 4-5 miles a day during fasts!

    1. Most bodies have plenty of carb and fat stores to run on. A super lean person with very little body fat might benefit from food after exercise.

  3. Are you sure? So you can go for 15km run on a fast day and just carry on fasting thereafter?

  4. Question how to lower my score of over 20 for my protein C-Reactive been struggling with this for years…

    1. I totally disagree. I dropped 20 lbs in 10 days, working out 1 hour a day, on day seven ran a 5k, day 9 a light 1 hour workout in the morning followed by a super intense heavy 2 hour workout in the afternoon, weights, calisthenics, heavy bag training and a run.

      It’s just how it works. Pretty sure most humans can do this.

  5. Just make sure you hydrate with sea salt for electrolytes! You’ll be good ! Does it suck ? Absolutely just stay busy doing stuff ! It’ll pass before you know it !

    1. Basic Metabolic Rate (BMR) is slowed down in hypothyroidism and it leads to gain in weight.

  6. If someone is lean and fasting help reducing joints extreme pain but he dont wanna lose weight is there is a way to do it
