Darling enjoy Saffron on basmati rice or make your own dessert (pudding, cookies, ice-cream) , however you like and add rosewater and a tiny pinch of saffron that you have let bloom in hot water first. That elevates everything and the smell and taste is so unique and addictive. Or go to the nearest Persian restaurant and enjoy a good meal or chai with Saffron.
    Or make your own tea and put a tiny bit of saffron into it.
    Trust me, you don’t need the gummies.

    I know saffron is expensive, but you can blend 4g with one brown sugar cube. That will help the saffron to get into a powder state and you can dissolve the tiniest knive tip portion in hot water/tea and use it further. A tiny pinch of sugar is not worth counting the calories, but makes everything easier.
