Plain boiled rice or potatoes on their own really don’t taste of much at all. Much better off without them.

Good information in that we can still have those foods (not daily of course), but that there is an alternative available without sacrificing our health. Now, for someone who’s T2D, I would say to avoid rice and potatoes entirely.

I guess this helps people too weak or misinformed to just get off carbs but that should be the ultimate message. They are addictive and our metabolism simply isn’t designed to run off them.

I proved it to MYSELF with the remarkable improvement in my health and cognition when I eliminated all plants and carbohydrates. Night and day. You could prove it to yourself but A) You’ve been gas lit into believing carbohydrates are both healthy and necessary, and B) You are addicted to them.
If your metabolicly challenged wouldn’t you want to stay from those totally
