where’s the people teaching us how to do that tho? that’s not something you just know how to do
You can learn how everyone else before you learned. Watch what other people do and how they present themselves and communicate at work. Ask for feedback at whatever job you do have. Ask questions of people you know that are older or more senior to you. Now, there’s also the internet to learn from.
That’s how everyone else learned. You have to go out and seek this info and feedback. Be willing to put yourself in uncomfortable situations in order to grow. And sometimes fail… and that’s ok too.
That’s something that you figure out how to do. Life doesn’t count with an instruction manual. Is kinda pathetic that the generation with the most tools at their disposal turned out so helpless.
@medraut6599man i have two full time jobs im all good im just saying not everyone has the right tools.
Yeah your right its not at all that the job market is down and unemployment for educated and non educated applicants are now at the same rate. And its totally not due to ghost jobs making us apply to 300 places for 1 reply. And I also bet its not the fact that we have to attend multiple interviews now. We just must be bad at persons to person skills
School need ms to adjust and add this to all school curriculums. I did not waste 12 year and not get this kind of education for the real world (the skills your talking about)
