I feel the focusing on one meaningful goal so hard right now – in that it resonates, and in that it’s also really hard to do. 😅 Having lost the level of health I had grown accustomed to this year because of a new chronic illness, I know that getting my health back as much as possible must be my number one priority. It is most important because I can’t successfully accomplish my other goals without it! As an ambitious person with a lot of goals I am very driven to achieve, and learning to accept that those are not the priority is incredibly difficult. I know logically we are better off crushing one goal than not achieving 3 goals, but man – feeling like the one goal is enough is hard.
Congratulations!!! Really enjoyed your message in this video – looking forward to your 2024 content. Love the idea of sitting in our wins more. I’m going into 2024 knowing I’m starting the year in resting and healing mode as I’m getting double jaw surgery Jan 5th (and won’t be able to workout or eat solid food for months). Accepting that I won’t have the energy to go-go-go to crush my goals is hard!
Oooh congratz! As a (single by choice) mom of 2 (just 3 years apart) and an entrepreneur I get the reevaluating pregnancy and motherhood vs motherhood and business.

This way, you have meals for those busy days when you can’t face the stove (or oven). I hope Bianca enjoys being a big sister.
