I have just recently stopped juicing and blended my fruits. So satiating!!! Thanks for all you do. I learnt so much from your Facebook group and was able to reverse pre-diabetes in weeks by staying off carbs and fasting . I give God and His son Christ Jesus all the glory because now l have become a source of encouragement and strength to others.

  2. Interesting though, how people in your fasting group demonize fruit and believe it’s just as evil as white sugar🫤

What group are you referring to?
      And what are yr credentials?
(Although I’ll be shocked if you actually answer both of these questions).

  3. I suggest also that frozen whole fruits, once thawed, also spikes blood glucose. Mae’s sense. The cell walls have broken down thru freezing. Thawed frozen blueberries spike me good. Thoughts?
