  1. Very interesting! Prophet Muhamad PBUH said it 1400 years ago that the best condiment to bread is vinegar!

    1. So, do you introduce this prior to eating? If so, how long before? Or do you take it at another time of day?

  2. You ought to just promote eating much less carbs rather than dancing around them all the time and trying to trick your body. Eating less carbs solves most of the hunger and health issues. You know this.

    1. He does in many other places and in his practice. But not everyone is a fan of this. So these are tips that help people who are working towards a low car diet.

    2. @josharmstrong6810 Thanks for your comment. Most of what pops up in my feed is marketing (or sharing his wealth of knowledge) for his book the Hunger Code. Not hating on him. But most of what I’ve seen are hacks (not in a bad way) to beat hunger. I get what you’re saying, but the vast majority of people who have to work so hard to go low carb are only interested in finding ways “to cheat” or get around, actually just giving up most carbs. Absorbing carbs slower, which is a common theme to the videos I’m referring to, imo, do more harm (not actually harm, just don’t help people) than good. Reinforcing, that you don’t need to go low carb, here’s a way “to beat the system”. I think his efforts could be better spent teaching things that are actually more helpful, to people who really want to put the effort into improving their diet. It’s just not for me, so I’m unsubscribing. There are better channels to focus my time on. It isn’t productive for anyone, including me, for me to rant like this…lol Thanks again!

    3. Organic vinegar, not distilled white vinegar, contains vitamin K2 which is good for the bone and prevents soft tissue calcification. Sushi 🌾 is treated with natural vinegar. Undigested starch serves as fiber which feeds your gut to help prevent leaky gut syndrome. It is a prebiotic that feeds the good gut bacteria and suppresses the harmful ones. The good gut bacteria also produce short chain fatty acids essential for good health.

It’s regrettable that they don’t paint a full picture.

  3. I’d rather just drop the carbohydrates than drink vinegar. We’re not fighting starvation and eating whatever we can steal, good food is available.

  4. Dr Fung. You’re very smart. I wanna see you get a good quality clip on microphone 🎤 we need to hear you crystal clear.

  5. So I guess eating fermented foods and drink while eating carbs would accomplish what he’s saying. I hope I’m reading that right, because I’m giving it a try.
