  1. Yeah but it depends on what the cost is because you can for well maybe antidepressants I’m on anxiety alprazolin so it’s 1 mg as needed and with my insurance cost me nothing and you don’t take it everyday to me it’s not addictive at all and I don’t think it probably would be to most people so I know saffron can be in a very expensive spice so the bag that you have how much does that cost and how many servings is it and how often are you supposed to take it?

    1. @tammyceasar1714 when you say ‘natural’ do you mean any plant grown source? Because many naturally sourced and then packaged products can be toxic to the body so it’s definitely not a case of a natural source is better than clinically tested medicines.

    2. @BeckyHover honestly alot of it is just packaging and branding and even expensive collagen isn’t a magical cure. The beauty industry is a just a total money making machine.
I really think we need to get back to basics, drinking water, eating fruit and veg and using something as simple as castor oil. There used to be simple at home treatments like puttng cool cucumber slices on your eyes to reduce puffiness…we need to try and find the old ways and get off this endless buy this new thing trap

  2. WOW, just bought a “mood” supplement that has Saffron and St. John’s Wart 2 days ago. Will try this one now too!

  3. You look amazing girl. I keep continuing to watch your transformations and I can see you got your hair done- you simply look out of this world. Thanks for inspiring all women who want to do better ❤️💕

  4. It’s like at the turn of the century when aging women would be put in institutions for “melancholy”. Our symptoms have been dismissed since the beginning of time

  5. Thank you for everything you share. It’s truly made me realise why I’m going through what I am… My hormone levels are so low that it’s affected my weight, mood and energy but the doctor keeps telling me she will not put me on any HRT because my mum passed away of ovarian cancer💔so frustrating, I don’t know what to do. I exercise I eat well I’m actually eating less and exercising more and still feel like I’m just running on a treadmill getting nowhere. 😢 you are giving me hope and strength to continue on this journey of discovering what is going to be best for me not to mention you are absolutely stunning. ❤❤❤❤

  6. You put eyeliner on the bottom of your eyes!!! You look so much prettier lol what made you go back? lol ❤❤❤👏👏

  7. Saffron was suggested by the doctors in Suzanne Somers aging books. She was a head of her time with hormone education.

    1. Suzanne could afford Saffron … Its the world’s most expensive spice at $50,000 a pound ! I have the real deal in a small 1 gram jar and paid $25 for it.

    2. @christinehawkins1382 saffron is not expensive. You can buy it at a grocery store or health store.

  8. Saffron the spice is IMMENSELY expensive ! I was in a speciality shop and bought this small 1 gram jar of Saffron for $25 !…. Saffron is the worlds most expensive spice at $50,000 a pound . No way that bag of lemon drops has a significant amount of Saffron to help with any holistic aid .
