Ok..so ..what are thecmistakes and what do we do
I’m beginning level 60 lol not even thinking about losing weight anymore, just sticking to a routine of trying to eat right, keeping with hot yoga, inferno pilates, walking with intermittent sprints on my treadmill…. and what really helps is the neuroscience education, reading and learning about the brain, gut, fascia connection. Fascinating!
