Testosterone is not just for men!

Women need testosterone too, and that's why it's so important you talk to your clinician, get tested, stop guessing.
You need a clinician that will listen and that actually knows the latest research on women's health. That's why I love Midi Health. If you want more info on them go to chalene.com/midi

  1. I thought it was progesterone and estrogen was hrt, not testosterone? Could you please do a video explaining? Or perhaps you already have 🙏

    1. HRT is about balance of all hormones needed. For many women either after after having children or in perimenopause our testosterone plummets. We need just a small fraction of T, but with out it we get brain fog, lose muscle, our endurance falls, libido disappears and so much more. Its all about finding that sweet spot/ balance. I personally have done both the pellet & injectable.

  2. This is very cool to remind women we need this too.Correct? Not just to stay active but to feel more alive in our bodies as we age?

    1. Yes, hormones are essential!! For me personally, I have no hope of ever working out again (and I LOVED working out) until I get my hormones right. The level of fatigue and brain fog I’m suffering cannot be mentally overcome – it has to be addressed at the source before I can return to what is normal/typical behavior and routine for me. The level of depression and having no interest in anything I used to like, also cannot be mentally overcome unless this condition is addressed. I’m very early in my hrt journey, but I finally have hope!
