  1. You are very smart Dennis, many lettered professionals see patients reverse their diabetes and it’s complications and simply shrug and move on. Zero curiosity!

  2. I had frozen shoulder I cudnt lift my arm straight up and didn’t link it to diabetes but after I was diagnosed and started eating strictly lowcarb keto and fasting it went away

  3. I have done keto/carnivore for 18 months and still have neuropathy in my feet. A1C 5.8. I won’t give up.

    1. I’ve been doing keto/carnivore for about 10 months now. Mine has improved but I still have it in my feet as well at 5.9 (was 12.2 last November) and also 80 lbs lighter now. I’m looking forward to more improvement.

    2. Try arch supports, some of the creams are great like mama bear oasis, vicks, frankensense … see what may help you

  4. Frozen shoulder and arthritis hit me recently. I blame birthday and anniversary cake and ice cream. Been keto low carb for 9 years and lost 90 pounds overall. A1C bounced to 5.8 and symptoms appeared. I think the longer you are low carb the less carbs it takes to make you miserable. Just my experience.

  5. I had severe back pain from a motorcycle accident 30 years ago. It became worse with age and added wheight. Could not walk more than one isle of the supermarket without pain. After going keto my diabeties reversed. I lost 30KG. And the best part is that I’m pain free at age 64 and can spend an hour walking around an outdoor market without the least bit of disscomfort.

  6. Ice and ultrasound treatment helped with frozen shoulder but “frozen solid” is the word. Therapeutic ultrasound can increase blood flow, potentially reducing pain and improving flexibility. My two episodes of frozen shoulder stand out in my memory. Could not even put the keys in the ignition.

  7. I started keto in 1998 at age 40 after I was diagnosed with type 2. It saved my future. No complications to this day.

  8. Last A1c was 5.8. Diabetic for 25 years until I discovered your channel 3 years ago when I was @ 7.6. While I miss some favorites like bread, pasta and rice, I’ve been conditioned to equate those foods to danger. Danger to losing my eyesight, spending years in a wheelchair and trips to the emergency room for one health issue after another, repeating the fate of my mom. My mom died from complications from a foot infection. As her caregiver, I wish I would have had this knowledge. Why oh why, is this not so apparent to the medical establishment. I could see 2 mainstream ways to treatment: 1-through nutrition/low carb and improved health or 2- for those who just cannot give up so many carbs relying on an ever-increasing amount of drugs to delay the inevitable debilitating complications relentlessly coming their way.

  9. I have neuropathy in my feet. My podiatrist thinks feeling will not return. Has it ever returned to anyone?
