  3. Yes!! Get it girl!! I’m gonna be 59 in a week and this morning I taught a progressive strength class and kickboxing class back to back!! That’s two hours of pure hard-core intensity and I just love it!! Still going strong!! I feel like I’m a good role model not just for people my age, but the young ladies as well! Life is definitely not over after the age of 40 or 50 or 60?!! 😃💪
