I Spent $$$ on Red Light Therapy… Big Mistake?

I spent a ton on red light therapy… was it a total scam? 💸 I never use the device I bought, so I finally did the research. Do these home gadgets actually work—or are we just being sold another influencer gimmick? 🤯

  1. You need 15 minutes of continuous light 🤦🏾‍♀️ I’ve always been confused by these wands. Just get a mask or a label and sit under it so you can get the full benefit. Clean make up free face. The light penetrates through any clear gel mask even if it’s colored but nothing opaque (milky)😉

  2. That thing doesn’t work , u have to have certain wave length and all that stuff , and the way u move it across the face doesn’t give u enough time under the light . The best bet is a mask or a panel like ominux red light mask or Maysama not that wand.

  3. I use a large panel platinum LED light that I lay under every morning, but before I lay under it, I steep some green tea and then I put it on my face before I lay under the red light

  4. As electronic, I find 100 infrarred and red LED lights units under 2 bucks, enough to make me a full mask without the need of scanning my face with only one 😅.
We just have to go out in the afternoons 🌅

  5. Alex Furgus red light therapy — its a YouTube channel he dedicates to comparing different RLT. Save yourself the time and check out his comparisons. Very detailed.
