I hit 13.5. So I got put on a cgm. After the last 30 days I’m average 118 – 120 glucose. My scare was my eyes and a drink of water I’ll was still dead thirsty and going to the restroom a lot. I’m now in range of going from 13.5 to low 6 in 3 months.

  • @oldroscoe2590 says:

Great video, good sound, video and story. We appreciate the effort you put into making quality videos.

  • @toneranger7813 says:

    Awesome job!
My A1C was 12.2. Glucose 321. I’ve only been at this since the beginning of March but Mike the Meter says I’m crushing it.

Very low “processed” carb diet. If i do have more carbs, like rice, I’ll pair them with a fiber like beans.

My glucose was in between 95 and 110 from yesterday afternoon to this morning.

Just need to get the weight off, which is coming off slowly.

Great story!!! I posted it in my diabetic group on FB, Conquering Diabetes ♥️👍

I’d love to know what his numbers are after the oatmeal, my mom tried that early on when we were getting her numbers control and it shot up to over 200!

Good for you, addressing this now while you’re a young man in your 40’s. May you keep discovering the happiness of regaining your health by fueling your body with what you need. Thank goodness I discovered Dennis and have vastly improved my health condition, but I’m in my 70s. I was sad for awhile I didn’t have this knowledge sooner, but decided I feel too good to waste a day regretting what I can’t change. Besides, I think now I can say for me 70 is the new 50. Congratulations and enjoy your new lifestyle.

  • @brg2743 says:

This is great to hear! Every little bit helps. Good job! Get the weight off so the knees don’t go bad.

  • @danwaters7915 says:

Well done! I am 3 years into low carb eating. I’ve noticed over time that I get more and more restrictive in the number of carbs I eat and there are more ingredients I avoid. I eat smarter, thanks to Dennis and others. I’m constantly learning. I’m in the normal range without meds. I’m thankful, blessed, and feeling good! Praise to God! Thanks you Dennis!
