I i’m allergic to flour to nuts. What can I use instead of almond flour? Coconuts, and all that what other flour can I use make a video on it? Please or tell me one text
Ground flax seed and coconut flour. Coconut isn’t a nut, which you probably already know.
If you use coconut flour, you only need about 1/3 of the amount of the almond flour. You might need a little bit more liquid because it is very absorbent. I make microwave mug cakes using 1 Tblspn melted butter, 1 Tblspn coconut flour, 1 Tblspn erithrytol/stevia granules, 1 beaten egg and 1/4 teaspoon baking powder and add flavouring like vanilla or other. If I add 1 Tblspn of cocoa powder I use 2 Tablespoons of butter. I have an 800W microwave and cook for 90 seconds. If you omit the sweetener you will have a something that you can use in place of bread. Surprisingly it hardly tastes of coconut, and after you’ve eaten in a few times you don’t really notice it.
Maybe you should stick with chaffels, its eggs and cheese
Greetings from Ethiopia. That was very educational. Thank you, Dennis.
Hi Dennis this recipe is the closet thing you can get to keto dinner rolls. Which i use for biscuits and gravy also. The texure and taste is the closest you will ever have.
3 cups of mixed mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
4 onces of cream cheese
2 eggs
2 1/4 cups almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup plain or vanilla low carb yogurt
1 teaspoon of taking powder
1/ 2 teaspoon of salt
Preheat oven to 400 degrees in a glass bowl add the shredded cheese and cream cheese. Microwave at one minute intervals until the cheese is melted and cream cheese softened. To a food processor add remaining ingredients to the melted cheese,. Or you can mix with hand. Pulse until combined. Wet hand hand with water to prevent sticking. Roll balls of dough. Place on parchment paper lined baking pan roll desired size. Around 2 inches or smaller. Spacing 1 inch apart. Bake at 400 degrees 13 to 18 minutes or untill brown and haredened. Let cool 5 minutes.

I can’t get used to the grainy texture of almond flour. Ick.
No I don’t want to be too critical about techniques but I just thought I’d make a couple points here One you’re not very good at scraping sour cream out of a measuring cup I guess you don’t have much experience using your finger to scrape sauces and stuff out of bowls so you can get every last drop when and then licking it off your fingers. LOL The other thing is and I’ve seen many people do this they make up the mix up the dry ingredients and then they mix up the wet ingredients and they like to put they like to scrape the wet ingredients into the dry bowl and they have and then they leave a whole bunch of liquid behind that wet bowl and they have they’re they’re going through the same thing when they could could have just as well poured the dry ingredients into the wet bowl that way all the wetgredients would already be with dry ingredients instead of trying to fuss with a mess and a wet bowl to get it over into the dry ingredient bowl anyways I just thought I’d pass that along to you or your own mixing practices and thanks for this recipe it’s a good one.
There are some health concerns now over Xanthan Gum
is it true that you wrote a new book?
I don’t know, maybe use white vinegar, not as strong a taste
Hallelujah! No almond flour! Can’t wait to try these. Bamboo fiber and instant yeast is new to me so hope they’re not hard to find. Probably right in front of me in the stores and I’ve never given either one a thought until now. Oh to have biscuits and gravy again! Thank you Pastor (Chef) Polluck. 😊
