Dennis – keep up the good work. I had 2 great years on low-carb with A1C coming within normal levels, but also great improvements in BP, cholesterol and other metrics as well. Due to surgery in 2025 that required me to regain weight, I fell off the wagon. Restarting again and hope to be in better shape..

Thank you, Dennis. I believe the whole medical field, including hospitals, and dietitians, needs to take a course on how to beat diabetes. When I was in the hospital having a toe amputated, guess what kind of food they feed you? The same that gives you diabetes. Dietitian tells you eat the same foods, just in moderation.
The fellow was correct about “thank you.” I did the U-turn 8 years ago. I’m 80 & I feel fantastic. God bless

One full year for me! From 12+ to 5+ sometimes 6.1 with that being my highest! and that’s because I stray at times. I’m off all meds and refused the ozempic path even though the drug pusher that calls himself a doctor (was so rude and condescending), called in a prescription anyway, against my objection. He would not even have a conversation about it and told me an endocrinologist wouldn’t discuss it with me either, so don’t even go to one. Imagine that! He did not know, at that time, I had already fired him in my mind 10 minutes earlier. I truly pray for the other people that are entrusting their health to this man. I guess he has a gigantic student loan to pay off so big pharma is his ticket. Makes me angry to think about it. A lot to this story but you get the picture. Glory to God for answering my prayer for His divine guidance and a big Thankyou to you.
Pretty sad when a doctor thinks its a miracle.
sadly many doctors are still going by the old ways and when they do give you an approved diabetic diet it’s loaded with carbs

Yes it’s tragic, and the subject did this himself by following the Pollock protocol along with others Drs like Dr Fung etc. He is a miracle to himself only.
