    1. Your liver has been busy making glucose. It is supposed to. I think the definition of type 2 diabetes should be when your poor insulin resistant liver starts making too much glucose.

    2. I feel ya. It’s discouraging. I wish mine would go back to 145. Seems to be up around 165 these days. If I take berberine at 10pm before bed it will be about 151. Used to be 143 all the time but now is way high. Good luck to you

  1. I don’t eat hot dogs unless they are 1 to two grams a hot dog. We have hotdogs in Canada that are very low carb. Love your show. I agree Mike always has the last word. He loves his hot dogs.

  2. GREETINGS BROHER DENNIS
OH NO DO NOT SAY THAT WORD LOL HEY I LOVE HOTDOGS BOILED PLAIN. I noticed the NO NAME ONES ARE MUCH BETTER WITH NO BREAD OR TOPPINS JUST BROCCOLI. GOD BLESS BROTHER ANTONY

  3. Yes, ultra-processed foods is a terrible phrase. I don’t eat anything that doesn’t come from a source that grows, swims, or walks.

  4. To me processed food is crap in a box made mostly of junk starch (pasta etc), sugar and vegetable oil (toxic!).

  5. Yes, a hotdog can take care of a hunger problem well if you’re unprepared and in a C store.

Do watch out for jerky, many have a lot of carbs

    1. I eat the Simms brand from Aldi. 0 carbs zero sugar and they actually help lower my BG. I’m more carnivore now and my 1 year bloodwork is even better now. A1c is now down to 5.0 from six months ago at 5.1. When diagnosed a year ago it was 7.3. Also lost a ton of weight. Dennis channel is what helped in my journey and I love him and his wife🙏
