  1. I take collagen too. For skin, nails, joints and tendons. BUT collagen protein isn’t a complete protein and so shouldn’t be counted towards your daily protein count.

  3. Protein is so important, yes. But it’s really going overboard everywhere right now. The marketing for it is crazy. There’s always that one thing that’s huge until the next thing comes along😂
