  1. I have these and of course the bottle says to take three a day. And they have greatly helped. I definitely like them and think they work but I am still bloated. So you take two at every meal is that what you’re saying?

    1. You need to talk with Dr , You say they work yet still bloated means they are NOT working … These bloating supplements should be used for occasional heavy meals not to cure a bloating problem that is persistent .
      I take a daily probiotic and that helps keep gut running smoother yet if I ever experienced a constant all of sudden bloating problem you best bet Id talk with a Dr as there could be an underlying issue.
      May simply be your diet? Maybe need to excersise more ?
      Listen to your gut …
      P.S NEVER double up on a supplement without doing due diligence first.

  4. If all of sudden have bloating issues you may want to talk to Dr.
    Taking this supplement is maybe good for occasional heavy meals yet this supplement is not a cure for bloating issues .
    All you need to take is a daily pre/ probiotic and take a more economical* Beano* brand before a heavy meal. ❤

  5. Avoid anything with Wheat because of the Roundup that is being sprayed on the crops we are all feeling the bloating… sad but true
