Some people have good tolerance for higher carb and have no problems with high blood sugar. I’m one. If watching weight, have to lower the calories (healthy calories to stay healthy).

Because of you, I’ve started intermittent fasting. It works fantastic for me. I only do a 24 hour fast. I have an issue when I eat again. It causes gas pains and diarrhea. I had my gallbladder removed last summer. I have read that this is the cause. Can you give advice on this issue?

Ok doc, everybody says beetroots are healthy. So l decided to try adding beetroots to my smoothie. I checked my BS before l drank the smoothie my BS was 85. 30 minutes after l took the smoothie my BS jumped to 170.
So whats the GI.of beetroots.
Still l am never taking beetroots again
