  1. New subscribers a few weeks ago. Great content and appreciate the effort you put into the videos. An added bonus for me is that you live in my childhood home. I lived there from 1972 until 1978. Fun to see all the updates to the place through your videos.

  2. I finally hired a PT. Turning 49 tomorrow. Going into my 50th year with the goal to be in the best health of my life!!!!

  3. I love my vibration plate. Helps my digestion, helps relax my tired muscles & I recovered faster using it post surgery.

    1. Helps with lymphatic drainage and moving waste out of the bowel faster for sure. Great if you have tight sore muscles….I have MS and when I have very sore days, it does help bring down the pain just with 15 minutes and helps with the inflammation. Supposed to help with MS, likely for circulation, and the lymphatic drainage for the days I can’t move enough due to the pain. I have issues with lipedema in my legs. Lymphatic drainage is one way your body gets rid of the waste in your body…. The lymphatic system functions as the body’s “sewerage system,” removing waste products, toxins, excess proteins, bacteria, viruses, and abnormal or cancerous cells from tissues. It filters this debris through lymph nodes to protect against infection and maintains fluid balance by returning leaked fluid to the bloodstream. So yes, it does clear out waste by moving the lymphatic fluid along with the vibration plate. It’s best if used each day to keep everything moving well, especially if unable to move enough each day for whatever reason. When my muscles are tight they are like cement kinda tight, and that alone can make it hard for the lymphatics to drain properly, along with sitting too much with my legs up. The movement in the vibration plate helps relax those muscles and the circulation is good for my body.

As for losing weight and cellulite….if that’s what you are buying it for….don’t waste your money. Up the protein levels to your meals, lower your daily calorie count by a couple hundred calories, unless you already aren’t eating enough….do some weight lifting and move more. Tighter muscles and reduced fat will reduce the appearance of cellulite.

    2. I should, but I am dealing with areas on my arches I am concerned cannot take that constant pressure from the board. I do it 3 to 4 times a week currently. I need to deal with my feet and then I would like to be doing the vibration plate daily. I usually use my vibration plate with bare feet.

If this is new to you, read the instructions of how to stand on the plate. Sounds dumb, but if you don’t you may experience headaches that may make you want to return it. If you stand with a slight bend in your knees/ankles and elbows/wrists. It will take some of the vibration away from your head area and the headache should leave you. Start the vibration plate on the lowest level for a minute or so the first time and work up from there. When your body gets used to it, you can increase the speed, or program, increase the minutes you are on it and don’t have to be so rigid about keeping your limbs loose/bent. I don’t do that anymore and use the vibration plate on program 9 now….its been about 6 months since I got it, so I can use it for 15 months and never get a headache anymore. I squat on it, stand straight, put my hands on my waist, hands on my ribs on my back, bend over and hold onto my ankles, fold over and let everything go limp….holding your body in different positions will make different areas really vibrate. You can sit on the vibration plate if it’s big enough for you. My pain meds have affected my bowel frequency, so it’s really helpful for me. Dry brushing, gua sha stones on the face (with an oil so it doesn’t tug on your face) or body (also with oil so it doesn’t cause friction on the skin) will do the same thing, but you should be doing it lightly….or rebounding if you can handle a small exercise trampoline. You can also get lymphatic drainage massages as well.

There’s also a channel on YouTube with a chiropractor that teaches about how lymphatic drainage is helpful….his Channel is called stop chasing pain. The big 6 is the one to start with and then you can pick the other things that are applicable to your needs.

  4. I purchased a vibration plate about four months ago. I use it almost daily. I definitely don’t do one minute on one minute off, I’ve never heard that. I just do 20 minutes straight. It really does make me feel good. First thing in the morning and wakes my muscles up.

  5. I love your channel the show is great however I cannot afford a facelift , you look grat, so I’m hoping that you will still continue to do anti-aging natural stuff maybe showcase some women that didn’t have a face lift and use anti-aging naturally thank you

  6. Ehhhh, sounds like I can save my money. skip the vibration plate, and stick with my mini rebounder — which I use happily every day. Bouncey bounce is fun !

And, btw, I love this pink motif in your set design )! It was the first thing I noticed (after noticing how fresh and pretty you look today 💖)

  7. I noticed that I after I used it it helped my sciatica pain. I talked to a physical therapist and she mentioned that it probably loosen my joint. I highly recommended for someone that deals with sciatica pain.

    1. I felt like it irritated mine that wasn’t bothering me before. (Usually it gets aggravated when I sit or sleep on hard/firm surfaces). So I stopped. I’ll try again…

  8. Oh my goodness, I must be living under a rock because I have never even heard of a vibration plate and my gym does not have it. This is why I subscribed a long time ago because you keep me well informed Chalene. You look absolutely beautiful!

    1. This comment is exactly why I do this. Thank you for being here, for trusting me to call BS when needed, and for the sweet compliment. I really do appreciate you so much.

  9. I love your hair with the fringe/ bangs up! You look even younger, more modern and fresher, face lift aside 😉 your skin pops on the dark background, and can focus on you. Like it.

  10. Buy one . I’ve had mine for years . If I don’t use it I swell up . It clears your lymph nodes. Helps with wrinkles and lose weight

  11. I am 70. I cannot sing the praises of vibration plates enough. I have been using mine twice a day for 15 minutes for the past year. I feel it has changed my life. I have lost that last 15 pounds, I am no longer constipated, the puffiness under my eyes has greatly reduced and I believe my metabolism has increased. I get on it first thing in the morning and last thing at night. I have been able to catch myself much easier when I tripped or stumbled without falling. While on it I do squats, lift arm weights, and do lymphatic taps. I absolutely love it? I would never be without one again.

    1. I love hearing this. Balance, coordination, and feeling more stable when you trip is a huge win, especially at 70. It sounds like you’re using it intentionally alongside movement, not as a magic fix, and that’s exactly how these tools shine. Thank you for sharing your experience.

    2. I have a Lifepro vibration plate also, and I enjoy it, but I haven’t been using it as much as I could, but now, after reading your comment, I have moved it to a spot near my desk at home, and I will use it much more often. Whether or not I get any real results, who knows? But, it’s worth a try. Thanks.

    3. @buddyholly4672no I really wasn’t. I walked about 3 miles most days and substitute teach. I have added more squats and weight lifting and stretching. I honestly think it has changed my metabolism and made me feel so much better.

  12. I bought a LifePro Wave Vibration plate about 15 months ago. Oh my goodness, I love it! With a smarter diet and using the vibration plate almost daily, I’ve lost 94 lbs in that time. I wear my 15 lb weighted vest while on the plate and I lift weights while on the plate too, 5 or 10 lbs in each hand. I experimented with where I hold my hands with the weights as it will send vibration to my arms and hold it. I do squats while on the vibration plate and hold in the squat position as long as I can, usually between 2-3 minutes. It’s intense. My vibration plate has where it can go side to side, up and down, or wave pattern. I program mine to do all three at once, and cranked to the highest speed. Granted, I had to work up to that. My muscles got strong, weight dropped off more easily, and I feel better. One thing that surprised me about exercising on the plate…In the past, I had broken 14 bones in my body, including spine, skull, leg, feet, tailbone, and more. I feel stronger in all the broken bones like the vibration plate has helped. Previously I had purchased a really high-end trampoline for exercise. I tried it 3 times, and within a minute on the trampoline, I’d get a severe migraine that would last for hours. I returned the trampoline and bought the vibration plate. Never had the vibration plate cause a migraine. I know for me, a vibration plate works!

  13. I have been using a vibration plate since September 2024.. It was my gateway to get back to exercising after being bedridden and chronically ill.
