    I had a fast-food chicken sandwich and it spiked my sugar because of the bread. Fortunately it came down fast because i’ve been fastidious about what i consume.

    We can’t wait to read your new book. This video hits the nail on the head. I haven’t had any bread in six years. My boss, no not Ann, my other boss Mike the Meter, tells me not to eat Keto store bought bread. Chauffels are ok for me, but I don’t add almond flour. Only one flour seems to not spike Mike, and that’s Lupin Flour. Sometimes I use Lupin flour to make gravy. Thank you Ben & Den.

    I had 3 slices of pizza last night for dinner and I didn’t get sleepy 🙃 I had low carbs meals throughout the day before my cheat pizza meal

    The spirit has been willing but the body was weak.
    But from tdy it’s good bye to wheat/bread and all grains.
