Improve Bone Density Naturally

insulin resistance, diabetes, blood sugar, weight loss

I was shocked when I got diagnosed with osteopenia—even though I lifted, took supplements, and lived healthy. But once I understood how to load my bones properly, everything changed. Here’s what actually worked for me to rebuild bone strength naturally.

Im doing it and I love it!!! 16lb weighted vest whilst walking dogs. Also, I listened to you and I started actually reading the summary of my Apple Watch. Even working out at gym Cardio sculpt classes 6 days a week and walking dogs at least once a day in Colorado mountains, I was only averaging between 7-9000 steps daily. thank you CHALENE>>>YESTERDAY over 18,000!!!!! So proud. Also been lifting much heavier weights till failure and boom! MUSCLE

I can relate so much!! She is a true blessing!! I have also readjusted my weights and supplements, especially Creatine Monohydrate and voilá, muscle gain!! Just listened to Chalene

@@OldBunburyare you an 80’s cardio queen who is now ditching tons of cardio for heavier weights till failure? I might add creatine too. What are results with creatine?

    • @OldBunbury says:

@@elizabethparkhurst2824spot on! I was, step aerobic mostly. Now I don’t even bother to do cardio, just walking. Creatine is a game changer! I can lift like never before, and my skin texture has improved dramatically! Those ugly knee wrinkles are gone completely. However I split the daily 5mg serving into two, mornings and evenings to avoid water retention.

@@elizabethparkhurst2824spot on!! Only lifting and walking. The creatine was a game changer! Not only that I can lift like never before, you know those ugly knee wrinkles that don’t let you wear shorts? Now they are gone! However I split the 5mg daily dose to two, mornings and evenings.

What about women who have a heart condition and cannot lift heavy and have osteopenia? Any other suggestions?🙏🏼

  • @joyce_dmd says:

You should make a workout program that strengthens bones. I’d totally buy it
