Watching the carbs helped me go from 6.1 to 5.8. But focusing on losing a few pounds sent me below 5.6. I was never “fat” but some people can become diabetic by just being a little overweight per Dr. Roy Taylor.

  • @sheilam8748 says:

Her father must have been a type one diabetic to pass away that young.

  • @geneenbell9344 says:

Congrats! Way to go. My question is did you take the prescribe meds from your doctor? Or just was determine to change your diet.

  • @christophercarruthers8134 says:

It’s easy I went from a A1C of 14.5 to 6.6 in three months with eating properly, exercising and intermittent fasting. I could have gotten it even lower if I didn’t get gout in my foot which I wasn’t able to do cardio for like three to four weeks. I also educated myself with YouTube videos on controlling diabetes.

  • @danielk6878 says:

Wonderful testimony. I would only give one caution and that is to not go overboard on the iodine period watch your thyroid numbers when using iodine

❤THE HOLYSPRIT WOULD NOT LET HER REST JUST LIKE ME UNTIL I FOLLOWED YOU CAREFULLY. ❤

🥀🎄🥀 Per Susan: “If I don’t know about it, it’s probably not really there”…Haven’t some of us said that exact same thing and been there? 🥀❄🥀
Per doctor, “Eat all the good carbs you want”…OMG…Mrs. Susan intuitively knew this was not the best advice and set forth on a path of investigation to better health. Her investigation led her to discovering the Beat Diabetes Challenge last year 🥀⛄🥀 Per Mrs. Susan: From 12.6 A1C to 4.6 A1C on the Dennis challenge in 3 months. WOWSY! 🥀😉🥀 Her father’s death due to diabetic complications and FEAR of both parents’ diabetic history were motivating factors for Mrs. Susan’s success 🥀🥀🥀 Dennis’ guidance, Mike the Meter, her consistent testing, simplistic eating style, and sheer desire, will and perseverance is indeed encouraging 🥀🥰🥀
Thank you, Mrs. Susan, for your outstanding testimony…What an amazing transformation 🥀🎊🥀

  • @Dom59878 says:

I did it too, I went from 7 to 5.4 in 3 months and lost 25 pounds in 6 months…But I am still on Metformin, after 6 months I am still averaging 100 mg/dL with meds.

  • @B4REAL4SHO4LIFE says:

    So motivating❤️🙏

  • @fazbell says:

Thank you for your information. You are inspiring.

  • @Mrs.TJTaylor says:

Fear and pain and shame ARE blessings. They are an early warning that something’s gone wrong. This was a great interview with a strong woman. Loved it. Real inspiration.

  • @oldroscoe2590 says:

Another great video. Seems to be to many healthy just take the pills diabetics. It’s a false allusion,. Susan knew how serious it was and made the difference. Doctors seem to take the stance of what works to treat the symptoms best for most patients because they know most people won’t change their eating habits and they won’t do what really needs to be done.
