I want a copy. If you remember, I started out contrary. LOL I knew this wouldn’t work. That’s why I tried it, to prove you wrong. How could you eat tons of hamburgers (no bun), ham and eggs, chicken wings, string beans and salad and lower your blood sugar? I eliminated carbs and my blood sugar fell like it was going over a cliff. I was wrong. Very low carbs does unbelievably well. Congratulations on your plan and on your new book.
