    You can also use bootie slippers that come up and cover your ankles, which will keep your feet toasty

  2. The problem is the lack of curiosity of most of them when their patients report life changing results on low carb. Thank God a few, especially those with metabolic challenges themselves, have seen the light.

    1. Low carb helps with Psoriasis. I have a notion that franken wheat is unhealthy in many ways. Too bad it is so expensive to use real wheat freshly ground and baked into bread. I can’t afford the wheat let alone the $400.00 grain mill.

  3. There is a Yoga pose called legs/feet up the wall. 20 min once or twice a day does wonders. The pose increases circulation and helps lymphatic Drainage

  4. I reversed my type 2 and my doctor at the time just moved over to, “Your Cholesterol is high…take a higher dose Statin

    1. I quit Atorvastatin. I was tired of having sore muscles. If my cholesterol gets up to 200, I will consider taking a different medication. I am finally off of Plavix, and I can breathe.

  5. Dennis I’ve been taking Manjaro and almost down 30 pounds. It helps me eat a lot less. I’m not doing low carb but my A1C is down to 6.2
