Why I Wear a Weighted Vest Every Day…
Most women don’t realize bone loss starts way before menopause. And 90% of women over 50 are at risk for osteoporosis. But here’s the good news—one of the easiest ways to protect your bones, boost metabolism, and build strength is as simple as wearing a weighted vest.
Start light—5% of your body weight is plenty. If your core is strong, you can work up to 8-10%. The key? Make it part of your daily routine, even if it’s just 10 minutes at first.
If you’re petite, comment “PETITE” and I’ll send you my go-to vest.
If you’ve got a bigger chest, longer torso, or broader shoulders, comment “REGULAR” and I’ll send you the one I recommend.
Love the 🐯 hat!😉. And yes I plan on buying a weighted vest!! 4 years postmenopausal and need all the help I can get! ❤
Cld ya put a link to that vest thanks love
How much weights should I use? Thank you from Scotland UK ❤❤❤
My partner and I bought the same vest after I watched your videos. We wear them to the gym every day and I wear mine to work and around the house

I am a small regular usually.
Thank you.
I love your videos!
You should look up Dr Stacy sims she states because of our balance woman should not be wearing weighted vest. I bought one last year and within 2 months of wearing it I developed plantar fasciitis which I’m still dealing with . Dr Stacy specializes in woman … she has a lot of interesting data
Thank you. I hadn’t heard this before. I’ve been using a weighted vest for almost 3 years without any problems, but it’s good to know the pros and the cons.
My PT said the same. They don’t distribute your weight like a backpack. Also said the extra weight is not good for joints
@ yes it has to do with our balance once we hit puberty it drops from our chest to the hips . All those studies showing the benefits of the weighted vest were most likely done in man cause we are too difficult to “study” apparently 🤦🏻♀️also the drop in estrogen could cause plantar fasciitis just fyi
I am petite but have a long torso
I’m post menopausal with osteoporosis. I can’t tell you the problems this has caused. This is the first time I’ve heard to take magnesium to help. That and the weighted vest are going in my shopping cart today! Thank you for all you teach us!
There are so many different types of magnesium, I heard the best to take is magnesium glycinate. I bought that weighted vest in twelve pounds, only went out with it once so far. But I love it.
Thank you. 🙏🏼
I got the same that you have. 💪🏼
…and I am wearing it. 😁
Hugs 🤗 from Cologne in Germany.
Can you post a link to the one you have, please.
Hope this gorgeous, wise Lady gets the best cause She deserve it!
Just got my first weighted vest.. thank you I got your same one in 16lbs. And I wear it on my hikes with the dogs daily. That is what I added. Also, I upped my weights at the gym!
Im petite, long torso . Could you please indicate the one you have. Thx
Hi I’m PETITE!
Send me your recommendation.
Thank you ❤
What if you have asthma ? Does it press on the lungs? I can’t wear a bra that’s too tight or sometimes any bra as it affects my breathing and is painful .
