    2. @MGN01just build up naturally. But it is important to set some kind of end date so that you break your fast properly.

  1. A reset fast of even just 72 hours puts me back on track. I do this at least 6 times a year.

    More often .. even weekly..if pain management is needed.

    1. ​@tukokitkat Do some research on how autophagy work? I have the worst fibromyalgia, my skin, joints, muscle and bones always hurting except after a fast then I am free, like normal human for weeks. My flare up are shorter now, been doing this for 2yrs. My Rheumatologist is impressed and he fully supported my decision.

    2. Well done on your progress! I’m guessing you’ve tried elimination of foods, eating meat only for the glutamine healing effects on gut etc. It’s great you can plan for important events knowing when to fast etc , enhances quality of life.

    3. ​@leanne-gr8 Yes, food elimination, food allergy test and I’m vegetarian since birth. I eat a strict diet, minimum carbs and sugar, no caffeine, no alcohol…better than ever

  5. I just finished a 14 day reset. After enjoying some Christmas treats I’m already starting another one haha. I’m primarily carnivore already. Going full carnivore come January for a month to gage.

    1. How do you reintroduce food because I think I just about killed myself when I did 5 days before, but I was using broth and just like eggs and stuff after about the third fourth day but I was doing broth only

    1. @gabriellagyori99395 days straight just water, black coffee and electrolytes. I’ve done lots of 3 day fasts so they’re easy for me, 5 day is a new challenge.
