Hi Dennis from Johannesburg South Africa 🇿🇦
The final solution is starvation thanks Dennis for the video.
This video went by fast . . . I must have been enjoying it!
Chaffles with cream cheese and a little extra butter are great for breakfast or lunch.
What is a chaffle?
@Peg Smith The word stands for a waffle with a base of cheese instead of flour. Cheese + Waffle = Chaffle.
What’s a choffle?
It’s like a waffle but eggs and cheese are used instead of flour based
I have been struggling with my health but listening to you has been improving my A1C down to 6.3 from 7.3. I thank GOD for your ministry to diabetics. I embrace what helps me to be healthy. ☺️ Goes to show you that you can teach an old dog new tricks. Pray that my infection in my gut clear up because I have an appointment with a surgeon.🙌👑
The surgeon doesn’t earn anything if he doesn’t operate.
Fast with the help of Dr. Boz and the inflammation goes away. Dr. Boz did MCT oil fasting with her son because he had inflammation.
I had an inflammation of the salivary gland and was prescribed antibiotics that I didn’t take. Instead, I did a water fast for three days and rinsed my palate with lemon juice. The swelling in the left cheek disappeared with the pain. 🙂
Good luck
Thank you brother ❤
Thanks Again Dennis! You seem to be my last hope. Well not quite my last hope. –(haha) But at 73 my weight. Well I’ve been having one hell of a time, losing any!?! 😢 Next step seems to be ‘starvation’!!
🥀👍🥀 Dennis and Mike, my two besties, continue to support me during this challenge. Thank you! 🥀👍🥀
🙌
My A1C dropped from 8.9 in April to 5.0 today. (<6 months) 😀
Hi Dennis,
Where did you get your “Praise Him T shirt?
Love your work‼️ ✝️🙏🏻
Happy Friday Pastor Dennis!! Thank you for ALL you and Miss Benedicta DO. God Bless and Have a Nice Weekend!!
My latest victory happened last evening as I watched the reading on my continuous glucose monitor drop into the double digits for the first time since being sent from Urgent Care to the ER for blood glucose of 500 in early August. This challenge came along right when I needed it as I had been flailing, trying to figure out how I was going to manage the condition until I could get in to see an endocrinologist in early October. The evening prior I was delighted to see it drop below 130 for the first time since my diagnosis. I couldn’t believe my eyes as I watched it go down to 97. My goal in the upcoming week is to tackle the dawn phenomenon. My blood glucose spikes sharply at 3:00 AM and doesn’t begin to go down until 9:00 AM. I’m running 157 right now at 8:45 AM. I saw yesterday that there’s a video on that topic which I will watch today.
I wrote in before and have gone from a 7.4 to 5.6 the first month. Just chrcked it again and im at 5.0. im so grateful to have found this channel.
Thank you ❤ISRAEL ❤ GOD bless us all ❤
