Love this channel.
Thank you ❤
I was given free ripe figs. Stewed them down with a few sultanas and cranberries. Made a thick no added sugar pie filling. Made seven small deep pies. Ate one pie and spiked to 145. Usually keep 90 -100. BGL
Gave the other pies away. I could have eaten a good curry and rice with a nan bread and not spiked so high. Gazza.
Benedicta always dresses like a classy Christian woman! Thanks for the great example!
Greetings from Ethiopia. That was realy very educational. Thank you, BBennedicta and Dennis.
I watch your videos 3-4 times a week. I was only testing before meals. Since this series on 3 types of meals I started testing 1 1/2 hours after eating. I was surprised to see I rise as high as 140. Even though I’m eating low carb. I might be eating too much food at meal time. TY for all your efforts. Ben has a great presence and natural beauty.

A year or two years ago I wrote of a person that had an ultra high blood glucose level. (Mike the meter couldn’t measure it because it was so high) She had a neuropathy (feet) and was due to have them amputated. She had blood sepsis, and had faiiling eyesight, but they during the pre-op check they discoverd additional problems with her kidneys which was considered life threatening on its own. They are treating her with antibiotics , but at this stage, she cant have the operation and is expected to die shortly. She refused to control her blood sugar (several times over 320mg/dL – normal morning reading) and is now paying the ultimate price. Take Dennis’s advice!
Looks like I missed it. Did sausage patties slow glucose absorption? My worst experience lately was two mozzarella stuffed breadsticks while waiting for my dinner at a restaurant. I shot up to 208 when I’m considered pre-diabetic. 😢
It’s always good to know how sugar/carbs affect your blood sugar levels and the body.
Can’t your wife eat anything she wants to ? She’s not diabetic is she ?
Neither is Dennis. He’s never been diagnosed by a doctor
Thank you Dennis and Benedicta. ❤
Dennis how did you feel after eating that high carb meal? I know I would feel tired and jittery.
