  1. Please discuss Gestational DM. Doctors are using OGTT to prescribe INSULIN INJECTION instead of using CPEPTIDE or just using CGM and Zero Carbohydrates

    1. I had gestational diabetes and my dr threatened me with insulin if I couldnt control it with diet. I worked very hard to do just that. They told me at that time, it would be WHEN I later developed diabetes…not if. 35 years and a low carb diet later I am still diabetes free. I will fight it till the end. Ironically, my husband allowed diabetes to take him.

    Mike the Meter will tell you the truth! Sometimes, it’s just as simple as that! Easter was another wake up call. Even though I am not diabetic, but does anyone need to eat 6 Hawaiian Savory rolls in one sitting (which I did). Mike shouted at me! I regret plugging my ears😏

  3. 😢 I just received my 3 month A1C results as 59. 3 months ago was 58. I use Mike the meter. I’m confused because I don’t use sugar nor wheat products. I walk after meals. What is missing?

    1. It’s not sugar or wheat….it is any and all carbohydrates. Diabetics simply MUST STAY AWAY from carbohydrates, period.

  4. Whole buckwheat flour makes French pancakes, I think they taste better than wheat flour pancakes, Mike says they are pretty good for me too!

    They do not want to believe that starch grains and Oates and some fruits are and it is not their fault if they follow the medical community. Mike the meter does not lie.   6. Check out Victoria’s Keto Kitchen YouTube Channel. Victoria is not diabetic, she is epileptic. To avoid epileptic seizures she must keep herself in deep ketosis. She has spent years developing a ketogenic-safe flour (or several flours) that keep her in ketosis, but cook and taste like whole wheat. Highly recomended.

  7. cauliflower pizza, keto pizza it’s made ingredients is rice. the one you buy at the store. . always check the ingredients and check the carbs. .
